Walk 15 minutes in the opposite direction and you’ll experience the spectacular views of the Remarkable Caves. Whether it’s partaking in the many beautiful walks in the area, or sightseeing at the historic site or Pennicotts journeys, or you’re looking for a place to relax, Weekend with Arthur is the perfect shack to enjoy all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The Hideout Cabin

Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Welcome to The Lookout! A warm and spacious home with panoramic views you have to see to believe. This 3-bedroom house sits just across from Pirate’s Bay with spectacular views in all directions. Go for a walk along the beach, sip coffee from the expansive deck, relax by the rustic wood fireplace inside, or just enjoy the sound of the waves breaking along the shore. Switch gears in the classic arcade game room with billiards, pool, pinball, and original arcade hits from the 80s and 90s.
