The Retreat Cottage

This cottage is set next to our house, with its own driveway, which parks 2/3 cars. The garden is semi enclosed, which is great for dogs, with a stream running through it.. There is a patio area with furniture for outside dining and a bbq. The nearest pub, The Maenllwyd Inn, is approx. 15 min walk via the road or a little longer through the woods. There is also a driveway leading into a wood which is perfect for strolls over to the nearby Draethen and Ruperra Castle and the beautiful views.

Cwmwbwb Lodge is a 300 year old stone cottage and former hunting lodge of the Marquis of Bute! Fully renovated for your comfort, the lodge nestles on the side of Caerphilly Mountain - with views across the mountain and local golf course. You're just a two minute drive from Caerphilly town and train station with all the amenities you need including shops, bars and restaurants. And while you'll love this peaceful spot - you're less than a 20 min train ride away from the Welsh capital, Cardiff.

Cuddfan: (Hiding place): A refuge from the busy, bustling city centre - where the soul is refreshed and vigour renewed the next day. Our cosy garden house accommodates two adults comfortably. It sits within the garden of our main home, with its own entrance and key-safe for you to self check in. We are a 20 minute drive from Cardiff Town Centre, 2 bus stops at the end of the road, Only a 9 minute drive to the train station, with free parking and just a 10 minute train to the Cardiff Central.

We offer a double bedroom with an en-suite and a spare room with an open plan wardrobe. There is also a deep bath for a relaxing dip after your day out exploring. An inflatable bed can be left for you at your request Kitchen is fully equipped for a home cooked meal or there are dining options nearby.

The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
