Come enjoy a stay in the country while still close enough to the city to enjoy the amenities. Welcome to our fully stocked tiny house on 11 wooded acres you will have all to yourself. If seclusion is what you want, this is the place for you. The property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and the only thing you will see are the animals and birds that wander the property. Sit on the porch and soak in the quiet or walk around and enjoy nature. Stay for a weekend or months, you won't regret it.

There is nothing quite like a peaceful stay out on the farm. Especially when you are not responsible for feeding the animals or fixing the fences!! LOL! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
