Private and Secure with night guard inside a private community. 3 large Pool deck areas for sun bathing and drinks by the pool. Plenty of parking. This is a front row location directly behind the beaches sitting on the mountainside at a elevation of 125 feet above sea level with insane whitewater views up the coast for miles. The jungle bordering the property is teaming with wildlife including white-faced Capuchin monkey's, Howler Monkey's, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Iguanas, and hundreds of birds among others. 3 master suites each with their own private bath located on the first floor and 1 special ocean view master suite with private bath located on the second floor. (A lower level 5th bedroom suite can also be rented for additional cost of needed for groups of 10 or more.) We also have a high quality queen size inflatable mattress available if needed.
