One of the best ocean and mountain views in Playas del Coco! We welcome everyone! Perfect for couples, families and remote workers. Located right on the beach (30 ft), this three bedroom apartment is brand new, with a large pool and outdoor terrace. The apartment is very spacious (2600 sq/ft) with lots of natural light, a large kitchen and a breathtaking ocean view. One of the only beachfront properties in the area, steps from the ocean, really one of a kind! The apartment is a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops and other nearby beaches as well as a short boat ride to the Papagayo Peninsula.
