Questo appartamento si trova nel cuore del centro storico della splendida città di Lucca, tra La Torre Guinigi, simbolo della città, e Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, vera icona della Lucca Romana. Via Fillungo, la strada dello shopping, dista meno di 300 m Questo non è solo un appartamento per turisti: questa è la mia abitazione, ed io ve la metto a disposizione, con la speranza che possiate, anche attraverso essa, amare Lucca almeno quanto la amo io. Gli ospiti avranno a loro disposizione tutta la casa, ma noi abitiamo proprio di fianco, in un'altra abitazione. Se voi avrete bisogno di un aiuto, in qualsiasi momento potrete bussare e probabilmente avrete una risposta alla vostra richiesta. Noi cercheremo sempre di aiutarvi. Sarete voi a decidere, se avrete bisogno saremo a vostra disposizione per cercare di rendere la vostra vacanza una bella esperienza. Se vorrete vi proporremo serate esclusive, ma questo sarà probabilmente una sorpresa ... provate a chiedere! Il quartiere è molto centrale, qui potrete trovare sia attrazioni per i turisti sia negozi e locali utilizzati comunemente dai residenti. Via Fillungo, la strada principale di Lucca è molto vicina e raggiungibile a piedi. Lucca è una città molto facilmente vivibile, il mezzo ideale per spostarsi all'interno di essa è la bicicletta. Se vorrete noi possiamo procurarvele con un modico sovrapprezzo. L'appartamento è dotato di attrezzature standard, potrete comunque richiedere accessori particolari qualora ne abbiate bisogno. Ad esempio possiamo fornire accessori per bambini quali il lettinoo o lo scalda-biberon. Possiamo anche fornire alcuni dvd e giochi per bambini.

St. Frediano's Nest in Lucca

St. Frediano's Nest has this name because, once you're up the stairs to the 3rd floor of this ancient building, you'll be welcomed by a lovely home, with an intimate atmosphere and soft colors. In the summer evenings you can hear music and the voices of the people at the pizzeria. There is a small living with a dining table, a couch and a tv set. The kitchenette is well equipped but narrow. We have a large fridge and a good dishwasher. The main bedroom is a standard size for Italy, it has heating and air conditioning, the 2nd bedroom is definitely small, has heating but no air conditioning. Going up the stairs you reach our roof patio: this space will give you so much relaxation and an unforgettable view of old Lucca. On the terrace there is a nice couch, a large table, chairs and lights, so that you can make the best of your time here with your family or friends. There is NO washing machine.

Brand new accomodation,mq 68, fine finishes and furnish, very cozy with all services you need with A/C and optic fiber WIFI. Ground floor of ancient palace in Lucca, few meters away from the iconic Guinigi Tower, one of the most famous attraction in the city. Ideal for people who wants to enjoy at best the city center, but still have quiet and tranquillity in one of the finest quartier of the city. Excellent also as HQ to visit other places in Tuscany all very near like Florence, Pisa, Versilia.

L' appartamento (90mq. 2 camere, cucina, grande salotto, bagno con doccia) accogliente e romantico, offre un soggiorno tranquillo (zona pedonale) a 4 o 5 persone. E' situato nell'anfiteatro romano nel centro storico con un magnifico affaccio sulla Piazza dell'anfiteatro Completamente ristrutturato e' particolarmente adatto a lunghi soggiorni. L'wifi molto veloce (nelle foto c'e' il fast test) lo rende adatto anche a soggiorni di lavoro. (Non affitto i soli giorni dei Comics a meno che inseriti

L'appartamento è situato in una delle piazze più caratteristiche del mondo: la piazza dell'Anfiteatro Romano, dove in periodi successivi, sulle sue rovine sono stati ricostruiti appartamenti. Fino agli anni sessanta del secolo scorso, la piazza era sede del mercato ortofrutticolo all'ingrosso ed era considerato un quartiere molto povero.
