This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. Designer remodeled two-bedroom unit in a historic 1930's duplex, located minutes from Downtown Phoenix in the hip Coronado Historic District. Original plank wood floors, lots of preserved original details, coupled with modern amenities like a remodeled kitchen and bathroom and dual AC units. The upstairs is a king bed and a private makeup (or work) nook. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Dining room seats six, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for basic cooking.
