Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

A disposizione degli ospiti un patio ombreggiato, un gazebo per colazioni e pasti all’aperto, una cucina esterna attrezzata, un barbecue ideale per grigliate in compagnia e una vasca idromassaggio (utilizzabile da maggio a settembre). Un soggiorno autentico tra storia, comfort e natura.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Una casa accogliente e luminosa sulla spiaggia di Francavilla al Mare, al confine con Pescara. Finemente arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Composta da ampio soggiorno con divano letto, TV e camino, cucina, tre stanze da letto, tre bagni con doccia di cui uno esterno. Ampia terrazza sulla spiaggia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento a pavimento. Ideale per godersi la movida estiva della riviera e la pace e la tranquillità del mare d'inverno.

La casina, ubicata nel cuore storico di Termoli. All’interno troverete un piccolo bagno con piano doccia e lavatrice. Una camera con un comodo letto matrimoniale, un cassettone, un ampio armadio e una Smart tv con Netflix! All’ingresso, la cucina munita di tutti gli utensili, frigobar, ed una parte allestita unicamente per la colazione con macchina del caffè in capsule, uno spremiagrumi ed un bollitore per il tè.
