We have created this lovely little stand alone house to share with those who love the to be close to the beach yet enjoy some space away from the hustle and bustle of busier tourist areas. Enjoy the trees, some space and great bird life! The house is modern and completely separate from the main house. * Please note, there is a shared driveway. The house is completely surrounded by both native vegetation and seasonal fruit trees. There is nothing you need to do but relax and enjoy your time here!

Longboard Beach House - Pet Friendly

Pets welcomed - securely fenced large rear yard with lower level gate at garage entrance.The fee is $150 per pet. Noosa Council STL rules no pets to be left unattended inside or outside the house. Property backs onto pet friendly bushed national park and beach access to Sunrise and Castaways. There are two outdoor showers (1 hot &1 cold) - please do not enter the property with any residue sand on humans or pets. Additional cleaning charged. The garage is accessible to guests by pre-booking.

It's the perfect base for your family holiday - a quiet spacious property with views across bushland to Laguna Bay - with the beaches of Noosa and Peregian less than 20 minutes away. Head out to the beach in the morning, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool before toasting marshmallows around the campfire at night. We accommodate up to six adults or families with children up to eight in total.

The first level has living, dining, kitchen, study nook, and an outdoor deck area that overlooks the pool, 2 generous bedrooms and a bathroom. Up the stairs the master bedroom has a king bed, large bathroom including a luxurious bath and amazing views of the ocean and hinterland for miles.
