Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

A light airy detached garden annex self contained with private garden and parking and only a 15 minute walk to Tunbridge Wells town centre. Lounge with sky sports and movies on tv, open plan kitchen area, including a two ring hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cafetière, sandwich toaster etc. One bedroom with goose feather duvet. The sofa in the living area is also a double sofa bed with a surcharge of £20 PN. Shower with towels. Garden and private secluded courtyard area

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children or one adult. Not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

The Hopper Huts at Old Farm, Lamberhurst Quarter.

The Hopper Huts are charming converted former Hop Pickers huts on a working dairy farm. They offer cosy and peaceful accommodation with a lovely outlook over fields and woods. Depending on the time of year, there may be cows or sheep in the field in front you. There are some lovely family friendly walks around the farm and you will be ideally situated just off the A21 for visiting Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and surrounding villages. There are also several National Trust attractions close by.

It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.
