There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Villa Hertta sijaitsee Rovaniemen keskustan tuntumassa, Juurakkotiellä. Oman kotimme pihapiirin erillisrakennuksessa oleva kaksio on valmistunut vuonna 2020. Villa Hertta on avara ja valoisa, sisustukseltaan kodikas ja moderni. Makuuhuoneessa pieni työskentelypiste, moottorisängyt, sälekaihtimet ja pimentävät tekstiiliverhot. Koko asunnossa on himmennettävä valaistus, jolla tunnelma on muutettavissa kädenkäänteessä.
