Una posizione unica: direttamente sulle sponde lago ma al contempo nel centro del borgo. È cosi garantito un comodo accesso a tutti i servizi primari: panetteria, gelateria, edicola, bar e ristoranti tutti a pochi metri.

Lys lejlighed ved søen med fantastisk udsigt over søen og bjergene. Den er renoveret i skandinavisk stil og har en rummelig åben planløsning (stue, spisestue, køkken), tre soveværelser, to badeværelser (det ene er 0,80 kvm), en balkon og en stor terrasse.Dette er mit hjem, fyldt med mine originale kunstværker.Som kunstner prioriterer jeg økologi og genbrug. Nelle immediate vicinanze possibilità di accedere a diversi percorsi trekking ideali da fare a piedi e/o con MTB. Attracco dei battelli e barche per il giro del lago nelle immediate vicinanze. Spiaggia libera più’ frequentata a 3min di macchina. Si accettano animali di piccola/media taglia.
