My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

"Secret Paradise" Private Pool Villa-Beach Access

This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

Simply decorated with rustic nuances, our house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 balconies from where you can enjoy a wonderful view... On the left you can admire the imposing mountains and ahead the Aegean Sea. During spring and summer the smell of orange and lemon blossoms from our garden will spoil your senses...

Jedes Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Die Häuser liegen mitten in der Natur umgeben von alten Olivenbäumen auf einem grossen Grundstück. Die Meersicht ist spektakulär. Fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves... Enjoy breathtaking views of mount Parnon on the backside.. Our Beach House is accessible walking 4 minutes on the beach (700mt) or with a 4x4. We take care of your baggage and any other heavy transportation needed. This is what makes the spot so special!

Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης).
