This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Our cosy villa is built according to Greek Cycladic architecture. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea(about 300m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors at the private pool (8x3m), with breathtaking sunsets and panoramic sea views. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or group of friends!

This is a wonderful seafront two-story villa, 100 meters from the seafront with a seafront pool and amazing views of the Aegean sea. It has a beautiful landscape and Cycladic architecture. My place is good for couples, families and groups of friends. Its location offers easy access to the port of Parikia (4 kms) and to the Airport (7 kms) and all other areas of interest in the island. Walking distane to Parasporos beach by a small trail by the sea. Excellent sunsets.

Loads of love and effort for this particular house.This is the second house that we created in the complex. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

Ermioni's Apartment - Paroikia, Paros

The apartment is located right at the center of Paroikia, inside of the old market street, giving you access to almost anywhere. The port is just 4 to 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment, so are the parking lots, the bus station, numerous stores, coffee shops, bars, bakeries and supermarkets for your groceries shopping. Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
