For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.

Unser Haus liegt ganz im Norden von Berlin, zu Fuß sind es 15 min bis zu den verschiedensten Supermärkten und zur S-Bahn die euch in 20 min ohne umsteigen zum Potsdamer Platz oder zum Alexanderplatz ( einmal umsteigen) bringt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, perfekt zum entspannen nach einem aufregenden Tag in unserer Stadt. Im Garten stehen ein Grill und eine kleine Terrasse zur Verfügung.
