This Private Free standing Cottage/ House With Lots of Light has its own separate private entrance through the alley, totally private THIS UNIT HAS 1 Queen size bed, one full-size comfy sofa bed, and a air mattress please make sure is enough room for your party. WELL behaved dogs are welcome for a fee of $50( extra per stay ) We are WEST of PCH, Close to everything you need in walking distance or quick uber or car ride !!... located on the avenues in South Redondo just blocks from the Riviera village a prime location where you can shop,dine or go to the beach. There are many restaurants and outdoor cafe's... Pete's,Starbucks and Coffee Bean are just a few of the coffee houses, there is everything from sushi to Italian to dine on and all just down the street from the house. Enjoy dinner and a walk on the beach. This is the best kept secret in the south bay!! Flat Screen TV with HBO, SHOWTIME and tons of Cable channels. Taken off or landing, this is the spot. No smart TV's. No cleaning fees unless you bring an animal its 25.00 per animal/pet. A great location and it’s all around easy at this unique tranquil getaway. Check in anytime as long as current guest is out and turn over is completed we'll do our best to accommodate. Outside the garden/ property is undergoing refurbishing/wood/ construction materials n such maybe on site as we get it done. Night side table with outlets. Tap lamp w/usb and usb c ports.

Sunny coastal retreat, walk to the beach!

We found a special place here in Long Beach & remodeled it to create a dream home. We still have some extra space so we want to share it with you! Our one bedroom, one bath guesthouse is full of ocean breezes, peace, and comfort to enjoy your stay in the LA/Orange County area. We are former residents of West LA who wanted to move to a place with a little more chill, but still all of the things we love about LA. We found that here in LB. We know you'll appreciate this place as much as we do!

Welcome! Put your bags down, take your shoes off and relax for awhile in our beautiful new cottage by the sea. It is located west of PCH and has a private entrance and parking in the alley. The sandy beach is one block away. You will enjoy a bright living space to cook your own meals in our furnished kitchen or enjoy a delicious meal at any of our many local restaurants and bars at the pier or in the Riviera Village. Take a day to enjoy our local excursions, or just sit back and relax.

A Mile to the best south bay Redondo Beach

Enjoy the privacy of our Petite guest house independent access,street level Very quiet , lots of light.bathroom,New full size memory foam mattress, 74in x 53 in,Very comfortable + kitchenette with appliances , refrigerator ,nice closet space .( laundry room is shared).Free reserved parking 24/7 ,HI speed Wi Fi We keep our place sparking clean,sanitize and New sheets .towels etc 50sq feet of space , not showing on( photos not acessible for whell chair)

Orchid

“Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

The Captain's Quarters (King bed)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)
