Welcome to the vintage 100 year old original guest Cabin, nestled over the Salish Sea on a private estate with two cabins, beach, camp fire, kayaks & paddle boards. Seals, otters, eagles and deer are your neighbors. Walk to Turtleback Mountain south trailhead for grand views above. The secluded Hot Tub is tucked under cedar trees, over the beach, private for either cabin, but not at the same time.

Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Lighthouse with Hot Tub

Unique fun space! if you are adventurous and want to crash at a very unique spot this is it. First floor has a mini fridge, smart TV, instant hot water kettle, coffee maker, bottled water, day bed with plenty of bedding in storage. Then you climb the ladder and go up to the tower. There is another single bed. Out the door is a private deck overlooking the San Juan Islands with a table and chairs. Take your coffee or wine out and enjoy the day. Head back down take a dip in one of the hot tubs.

Kayaks, bicycles, mooring buoy, and crab trap are available for free on site for use with a signed Release of Liability located in the three ring binder in the unit.

This historic farmhouse sits on 8 acres of private land in the quiet southeast corner of Lopez Island. The property abuts San Juan Island National Monument. The large back porch has a pergola that allows guests an indoor/outdoor living during damp or very sunny weather. The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
