If you are walking to the property, be aware that the Cottage is located on top of a steep driveway.

We as owners have built this house ourselves to suit our families needs with a large shower, bunks in the children’s room with separate TV for movies, outdoor shower for sandy feet, open plan living with wrap around deck. Bifolding doors for easy inside/outside flow onto huge sunny front lawn, and now we include the spa for guests. 2km (15 min walk) from the famous Onetangi beach, restaurants & plenty of coffee cafés.
