The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Rural location in a small hamlet surrounded by rolling landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is 5 miles away and offers beautiful walking, biking and access to the RSPB conservation areas. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. Comfortable studio style room for 2 people located on the ground floor of our family farmhouse. Conveniently situated 3 minutes from junction 5, A55 expressway. Great location for exploring nearby seaside village of Rhosneigr and surrounding beautiful beaches. On route for visiting Anglesey Circuit. The studio has a very comfortable super king size bed that can be separated into two single beds .(Please advice of your requirements). Shower room with underfloor heating.
