Set in historic Devonport our new space is part of a 100+yr old north facing (sun) bungalow with garden. We have no on-site kitchen/cooking facilities. A 15 min walk to the village & 20+ cafes, pubs & restaurants, 2 mins further to the ferry & Auckland CBD 12 mins later. A public golf course is 5 mins walk, 3 beaches 15 mins walk. The quiet space has a queen bed & in a small adjoining room a king single bed. Your own entry, bathroom, tea, coffee maker, fridge, smart TV fast internet & heating.

This self-contained guest suite features 1 large master BDRM with en-suite, 1 double BDRM, a separate bathroom, a cosy lounge, a kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Air conditioning/heating system. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies (a cot is available) nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.
