Welcome to my cozy inviting home and to the Ocean State! From this centrally located location your entire group will enjoy easy access to many local attractions. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Thayer St, Brown, Amica, RISD, Rhode Island College, Providence College and Johnson & Wales University. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at my house and the best part is you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries!

Spacious. clean 3-BR/ 3-bed unit located on a second floor. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a big bathroom. Located in the city's Valley Arts District, a former industrial zone that's geographically in the city center. Plenty of off-street parking. Please Note: This apartment is on an actual city street with vehicular traffic, not a desolate, whisper-quiet suburban street. May not be suitable for the lightest sleeper. Pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping ever inside the unit.

We have a newly furnished apartment on the East side of Providence. This unit features brand new furniture, high end Nectar mattresses, laundry, and expansive roof deck. It can comfortably sleep 4 and room for up to 6. The location is central and minutes from downtown Providence, Brown, RISD, Miriam, and a few blocks away from beautiful Lippit park. There are numerous cozy shops up the street - coffee shops/bakeries, restaurants/bars, and unique local vendors such as Frog & Toad.

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
