The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby, utility room, smart open plan kitchen and dining/living room with patio doors to the garden and a single bedroom and shower room downstairs. Upstairs there is a bright landing with an oak and glass staircase leading to two king-size bedrooms with handsome oak roof trusses, both are en suite.

The picturesque village of North Bovey is about 2 miles away. The farm has woodland, fields and streams offering a profusion of wild flowers and wild life, which visitors are welcome to explore. In addition our gates give you direct access to the open moor and the Mariners' way footpath runs through the farm.

It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The Little Art House is situated in the picturesque old part of Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor. This compact 17 square metre space has, within its own private entrance, a small, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a little bedroom with double bed (135cm x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. It also has air-conditioning. We also offer free car parking, secure cycle parking and Wi-Fi. There are three separate steps leading up to the property.
