The trains will peak your interest as they roll by, and the beautiful leafy-green outlook will allow you to immerse yourself in peaceful relaxation.

The local IGA is open everyday just opposite the village. The kitchenette has all you need for simple meals, hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave. Enjoy easy access to the pool. Nearby are the beaches and restaurants of Noosa/Coolum or the surrounding hinterland townships.

This studio is an open plan, industrial style guest house situated in front of the property as a separate dwelling with its own private entry. Tropical surrounds create a lovely ambiance & our beach is within walking distance. Peregian Beach village is 4 min drive to cafes, boutique shops & patrolled surf beach. Noosa 10 mins. Bus stop within walking distance.

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant. At night it is very quiet with all of the stars visible in the huge sky. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Fully airconditioned.

Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.

Our very clean, light, air conditioned one bedroom studio with kitchenette facilities is situated opposite a small bush reserve on a quiet one way street that is a short stroll from beautiful Sunshine Beach and the vibrant village or a five minute drive to Noosa Heads, the National Park and Noosa River. Your laneway gives you your own private space as the open area in front of the house is not available to use.

Riverside Retreat

Fabulously close to Gympie Terrace and i great dining as well as Noosa river and all the water sports the river offers. 2.5km from Hastings Street and a short drive or bus ride to Sunshine Beach. Bus stop to both these locations just out the front. Close to Noosaville shops, supermarket and Noosa junction. We have extensively renovated the property to the highest standard.
