Our modern and fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment is available for a comfortable short-term, or long term rental, ideal for individuals, couples, or small families seeking a convenient and cozy living space in one of Tokyo's most charming neighbourhoods. Location: Wakoshi, Saitama /Narimasu, Tokyo. RakuNyan Villa 102 is fully furnished with all utilities provided and comes ready with a TV. Enjoy a stylish and well-designed living space with modern furniture and decor. The kitchen comes complete with all necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils for your convenience. Tea, coffee, and basic pantry items are provided. RakuNyan Villa 102 has one bedroom with a luxurious Queen-size bed with quilted mattress topper and a beautiful Traditional Japanese Tatami Room with additional futon and a dedicated office workspace with ultra-high-speed 10Gbps Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work and the digital Nomad. There is a washing machine, and an outdoor courtyard with coffee table and chairs for you to enjoy. Please note laundry machine is outside in the courtyard. 1-3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 kids are ideal. Please note 4 adults could be a bit tight. Turn off the aircon when you leave the room. Please take off your shoes at the entrance. Leave the home as you found it. No smoking.

Spread out and relax in our lovely 6 bedroom country home in rural Japan, just 30 minutes by train to the largest transport hub in Tokyo, Shinjuku stn. Get the best of both worlds- away from the city but close enough to come and go as you please. You have full access to our entire house, complete with two floors, plenty of space, and all the amenities of home. Our estate is perfect for small groups that enjoy having space, as well as large groups up to ten people sleeping and living comfortably.

The inn is a one-minute walk from the famous Inokashira Park, where you can experience the four seasons of Japan. There is a large pond, a running course, a zoo, and the Studio Ghibli Museum. From Kichijoji Station near the park, it takes about 15 minutes to Shinjuku. Kichijoji has a high concentration of restaurants such as ramen, gyoza, tempura, tonkatsu, izakaya, JazzBar, and more restaurants than you can visit. You can relax in a Japanese house and park and enjoy the city at the same time!

If you’re looking for a stay that’s only a minute or two from the subway, that’s not us—but we offer a more local, peaceful experience! The neighborhood is convenient and lively, with local supermarkets, and convenience stores all within walking distance. We’re only 3 stops from Shinjuku Station, with direct access to Ginza and Tokyo Station.
