Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and boats including the Argia several times a day. Recently renovated bathroom, and floors, new mattresses with a very spacious shower. Live in privacy away from all the hustle bustle of the casinos with no worries on a private property.

My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884.
