Bucks County Historic Estate Suite built in 1741.

This historic estate built in 1741 is steeped in history. Once called home by Charles F. Warwick, Philadelphia's mayor (circa 1895), it has had many purposes over the years. It is central to many attractions: the famous Bucks County Wine Trail; Sesame Place, Parx Casino, Philadelphia, countless microbreweries, Peddler's Village, Great Adventure, Lancaster, Washington Crossing, New Hope, Garden of Reflection, Pennsbury Manor, Parry Mansion, Longwood Gardens, Philadelphia Zoo and much more!

Full Basment apartment W/ kitchen & private entry

Fire place/kitchen/ bedroom/ living room/ Bathroom and dining room. Please note that after few incidents, the fire place is not usable If you would like same day reservation, please submit a request and I’ll do my best to get you in ASAP. This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. If you need anything during your stay we will be more than happy to help, just let’s know.

The Center

Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Lambertville -in-town with Elevated Deck/sunsets

Just a few blocks walk into town to Lambertville. Also exciting New Hope is right across the Delaware River and you can easily walk . The Canal park and towpath and Delaware River is right across the street and leads into Lambertville’s downtown area. Stunning two tiered deck with table/chair, couch, chairs, coffee table with propane fire table. Attractive landscaping for relaxing, sunbathing or to enjoy fabulous sky views and sunsets. Located on a historic, tree lined street in the artistic river town of Lambertville, the Union Street Retreat is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring. Short walk to restaurants and coffee shops, the towpath, groceries, 10 min walk to Bridge Street and New Hope bridge. Please note: this is SECOND floor unit of a duplex in a historic set of row homes built in the late 1800s, with a somewhat narrow flight of stairs up to the unit. Ideal for 4 adults but can sleep up to 6.

1 bedroom apartment attached to our home with its own separate driveway and key code entrance. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.
