When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a modern kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom.The second floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is our mission and plan to make your stay at Villa Ana and the island of Šolta as pleasant as possible.We understand it is all about the details, and hope you will find our grounds and rooms relaxing and tastefully designed.

With its separate entrance apartment is located on the ground floore with no stairs. In bedroom is a new double 180/200 sized bed and a sofa to turn into a comfortable bed for 2. Can accomodate max 4 people. New kitchen with dining table and all essentials, free parking and wi-fi,air-con,washing machine etc makes this stylish apartment perfect place for youre holidays. In city centre, just 2-5min from caffe bars,supermarket,old town,Diocletians palace,park,promenade... Quite area nice to sleep.

Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. Apartment "Patricia" is completely renovated, on the 3th floor, in the old hause built 1900 year from natural stone in the city center, downtown, close (within a radius 50m) to public transport and parking, taxi, art and culture, parks, green and fish market, bucheries, banks, caffes and restaurants, post office, ferry and yachts harbour.The airport is 2 km away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
