With RVs on the front of the property and the occasional tent camper dispersed through out the acreage, you’ll enjoy time away from the crowds walking the mulched trail to the water or using the two kayaks provided for guest use. Welcome to La Playa Esmeralda, a beautifully renovated 2nd floor studio. Upon entering you'll be greeted by beautiful views of the Sound where the sunsets are unparalleled. This lovely condo includes 2 comfortable beds-1 regular and 1 Murphy bed, along with a coffee bar and fully equipped kitchen. You're just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Enjoy a dip in the pool, grilling in the gazebo and fish all night long on our large, private fishing pier, no fishing license required. Early check-in avail.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Two Bikes are provided for a quick bike ride across the bridge over the bay. Three new man-made reefs for snorkeling. Golfing is available at Hidden Creek golf course. We have three sets of golf clubs available. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking/biking distance. Deep discount available for January and February!

Don't forget Pensacola Beach is about 25 mins to the west! This room is setup just like a hotel room with a bedrooms a queen beds, microwave, toaster oven coffee maker refrigerator weber grill is available in the back porch a WiFi tv.

It has a fully furnished kitchen & 3 balconies. Enjoy water views from main floor & master bedroom. An on-site swimming pool, pier w/ boat slips & beach frontage will meet water recreation needs. Has Direct TV. If you plan to be messy or not clean up after yourself, please don't rent my beach house.
