Our studio is situated in the peaceful suburb of Hospital Hill. Unfortunately the studio is not suitable for persons with fitness, mobility or serious health issues. Ahuriri , has great restaurants and small yacht harbour,and is within walking distance(1.2 km ) Napier is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and Art Deco architecture. If you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.

Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

A stone throw from Napier's stunning Botanical Gardens and close to Ahuriri's popular restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach; BellaMonte has views, and off-street parking that can accommodate small boats. We’re happy to offer basic breakfast supplies- cereal and toast, butter and jam and 150ml milk for your first tea and coffee.
