Our house consist of 3 levels. In the Ground floor there is a living and dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a sofa bed. In the First floor (which is seperated by 5 stairs from the Ground floor) there is 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally in the Lower floor (which is seperated by 5 stairs from the Ground floor) there is 1 more bedroom with en suite bathroom. Our apartment can offer you a luxurious and calm way to spend your vacation with your friends or family, while being 10 minutes aways from one of the most beautiful spots in Greece. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
