Rent one when your in town. Just over an hour south of DC. This small town takes you back in time with events & local charm. This brand new rental is on the grounds of Rose Manor. Rose Manor was built 1896 it operated as the New Willard hotel for over 50 years. Come relax on its huge porches & enjoy the water view.

We are thrilled to host guests at the newly renovated Water's Edge Cottage -- a serene oasis offering what may be the best views on the Potomac. The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

This spacious 2-bedroom/1-bathroom basement apartment is completely separate from upstairs unit. Private entrance located at the back of the house, all new appliances, and a modern feel. Wills Memorial Park is across the street and perfect for children of all ages. The property is only 5 minutes away from multiple grocery stores, sit-down eateries, and fast food chains. You get 2 spaces of the 4-car driveway. Max two pets. A $50 per pet fee must be paid before checkin. No parties allowed.

Two-bedroom guesthouse with deck overlooking the Lower Machodic Creek (Coles Point, Hague VA) the perfect setting for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Shared property, but the second floor guesthouse is all yours. The first floor is a garage we use for storage. Salt water lap pool, 100 feet of beach on Lower Machodic Creek with expansive views of the Potomac River, kayaks, private dock, and 20 acres to explore. Great for a family vacation, couples getaway, girls weekend, you name it!

For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
