Affordable and great location. 15 min from Brisbane City, walking proximity to bus and train. 10 min to Westfield Carindale. About 11mins from the Sleeman Sports Complex. Two bathrooms, great view of the east side of town, aircon in lounge and main bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a rice cooker, kettle and microwave.

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
