The apartment is built on a road 4km from the beautiful old Venetian port, the old Agora building, the City 's Garden, the commercial center of the city, the bohemian Kum Kapi district with cafes and restaurants. Our house is located in the nature in a beautiful quiet secure family, the location you feel that live in the village with the sounds of birds and nature. It is embraced by an exotic garden, surrounded by the smells of Crete, palm trees, flowers, oranges with wonderful mountain views.

Violin House, live like a local

The Violin House is located at a quiet, safe, family neighborhood very close to the Chania city center and the old Venetian Port. Combining a peaceful environment with the very “alive” city center, the Violin House is the perfect place to explore Chania. The neighborhood offers a variety of local stores to cover your needs during your stay, like supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, taverns etc, while the Hospital of Chania and the main highway to all destinations are only 5 min away from the House

Our traditional stone houses Spitia are located at the settlement of Tsaliana, 5km from Paleochora. Katoi, the lower house, features one bedroom and can host 4 guests in total. It is equippped with Starlink satellite internet. Spitia form an inspirational environment for the setting of a magical holiday, ideal to bond with your loved ones, spend time together and enjoy some stress free time. ΑΝΤΩΝΗΣ STUDIO

Η γειτονιά που βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ ήσυχη. Ο χώρος μου είναι ισόγειο διαμέρισμα, κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα. Είναι 15 χλμ από το αεροδρόμιο Χανίων,5.4 χλμ απο το λιμανι της Σουδας 2.1 χλμ από την κοντινότερη παραλία, και 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Στα 80 μέτρα από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει στάση για λεωφορείο. Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει η πιο οικονομική ταβέρνα της πόλης με παραδοσιακό φαγητό. Σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια, υπάρχουν μίνι μάρκετ και φούρνοι στην γειτονιά.
