The welcome book will be your guide to close by Siskiyou Lake activities w/ hiking, biking, golf & restaurants. It is 2 miles to town. Turn left up the driveway to your Cozy Studio.

This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. Shasta is only 3 miles away. It is also conveniently located close to Lake Siskiyou and Mount Shasta Ski resort. There are nearby hiking and biking trails. Whether you just want to relax, and/or get out and see the beautiful Mount Shasta area, the Sugar Pine is a great place to be!
