All furnishings, kitchen and bathroom amenities completely new, including blankets, bed linings, and bathroom supplies. The studio is located very conveniently in central Auckland making it easy to go everywhere. 2 min walk from bus stops, 20min walk from the train station, and 15mins drive to airport and CBD.

Beautiful modern compact apartment in the highly sought-after area of Mt Eden/Three Kings. Great cafes close by. Handy to bus stop into and out of the city and university and on airport bus route. This large studio space with a study is the perfect spot for travellers or newcomers into Auckland. Located only a 3 minute walk to the train station, which takes you to Auckland CBD (Britomart Train Station) as well as Newmarket and Kingsland Train Station (for events at Mt Eden) via the western line. If taking the bus is preferred, it is a 5 minute walk to the Avondale bus stops. A simple kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave and kettle is available. Free onsite parking available.

A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.)
