Relax in this quiet stylish cottage. One queen size bedroom and the second bedroom also has a Queen Size bed both with ceiling fans, kitchen facilities, split system, coffee machine, wifi, Outdoor deck with BBQ. No smoking, vaping, pets, parties or visitors apart from registered guests. 5 minute drive to beaches, Mt Eliza Village which has great restaurants and shops. 8 minute drive to Mornington. Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Situated in my backyard but very private, there’s a full kitchenette as well as bbq and private frontage overlooking pool. In ground pool is not shared with host and is for guests private use. The space features modern bathroom, tv, comfy queen size bed, split system heating and cooling. Note: pool is covered/not for use in cold months from April 1st to Nov 30

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed available). The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
