Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy. Vacation Rental Permit # 104038

The downstairs unit of a 2 story structure. Newly remodeled, furnished and decorated. Minor noise transference from upstairs. Also, ceilings in the unit have low beams and measure 6' 4" to the floor. Cal king bed in the bedroom. There is a single hide-a-bed and sectional couch in the living space which could accommodate 3 more guests though it would be tight quarters. The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire.
