The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. Villa Calabria is self contained accommodation sitting alongside our home on our 1/2 acre property. Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of pineapple farms & the Glass House Mountains. Security camera are in place 1) the carport (guest parking) 2) private residence front stairs 3) private residence rear deck 4) back yard. Use of pool subject to availability. NO cameras in the guest accommodation. Booker must be a staying guest.

Relax with the whole family at this air conditioned peaceful place to stay. Right in the centre of Amity Point, close to Amity Pavillon, general store & post office. Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
