The architecturally designed home was built in 2022 and is perfect for couples, groups or a small family. With only an 18 minute drive to Hobart CBD, 6 minutes to MONA and a vast range of eateries within nearby Moonah, this property is super convenient and is sure to please. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Moonah Pad

This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.

Come Stay with Us We have a lovely little self contained cottage, nice & cosy with 1 double bed verandah to sit and enjoy the garden Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises

Artists Studio Apartment

Welcome to our self contained apartment in the heart of Moonah just 5km to Hobart CBD and a 10 minute drive to Mona. We are opposite the cycle track that will take you directly into town. We have converted a commercial warehouse and offices into award winning visitor accommodation, our residence and studios plus a warehouse gallery space. The renovation was completed in April 2023.
