"Roseclare" is the perfect holiday base for couples, groups and families just 10 minutes drive from the CBD , 10 minutes drive to Mona and 20 minutes from the airport. The shopping Village of Moonah is just 4mins drive. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and spacious well appointed kitchen. , coffee pods and a mini cooking pantry. Porta cot & high chair provided upon request.Please note unneeded bedrooms will be locked off so please book guest numbers accurately 🙂

This is a quiet, self-contained property that comes with its own private garden courtyard. The Moonah Hall is part of one of Hobart's earliest properties Everything is provided: including bikes, pick-your-own herbs, and in-season vegetables and fruit.
