Surrounded by the sounds of nature, complete with outdoor private hot tub + gas fire pit + and all the comforts of mountain life.

Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Countryside Getaway

Rustic meets modern at our family mountain retreat, featuring an open layout first floor with lots of room for entertaining and cooking. Stay connected with fast wifi and enjoy sleeping arrangements for eight. We are less than a mile from downtown Black Mountain and a twenty minute drive to Asheville. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub on the patio, and later tell stories around the fire pit in the backyard. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum.

This newly built chalet is exquisite. The attention to detail the builder paid to this property is stunning. Only 18 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Establishment. Enjoy the rain shower upstairs or soak in the stand alone tub. Warm up while roasting marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit. You will be only minutes from the hidden gem that is downtown Black Mountain, while still being close to everything Asheville has to offer. Up to two dogs allowed with $75 pet cleaning fee.

Enjoy Huckleberry Hideaway, a comfortable, secure cottage located in the quaint mountain town of Black Mountain. You are steps from a bubbling stream and a long walk or a short drive to downtown Black Mountain, with numerous food, music, and shopping venues. Montreat College and Conference Center, Lake Susan & trail system , close by , has outstanding trails in the 2500 acre protected wilderness area. Asheville, Biltmore, The Grove Park Inn, & River Arts District are minutes away.

Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .

It is about a ten minute walk from our house to downtown Black Mountain and 15-20 minute drive to Asheville. Uber is available in the area. There is ample space for parking.
