Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Beautiful home for 1-7 guests cooked breakfast inc

A cooked English Breakfast is included for all guests. The house is in a semi rural location. We are close to both Guildford & Horsham and on the edge of The Surrey Hills. The largest village in England, Cranleigh, is 6 minutes by car and has many restaurants. We have 2 Double Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with 3 Single Beds. Two of these singles can be zipped together to make a 3rd Double Bed. Note this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Your own bathroom is on the 1st floor All rooms have Sky TV.

Room 4 Single private room, Gatwick self check in.

Oakhurst is a Bed & Breakfast, we are offering this basic single room through airbnb. This space is ideal for Gatwick Airport night stops it is also suitable for airline trainees, operating crew and as a home while on a training course in the area. The room is very clean, busses plus 10 minute walk and a great pub 5 minutes away. A fridge microwave and utensils are available. Right now this room is self check in and contactless, we will keep you updated as to when we extend the service.

Farmhouse B&B - Orchard View Room

Beautiful 16th Century Grade II listed farmhouse with great views situated 2 miles from the centre of Henfield village. 5 minute walk from the Downs Link so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Spacious rooms, ample parking and a warm welcome. I do have dogs and am unfortunately not able to accept visitor's pets. The driveway of this mainly arable working farm is a bit bumpy in places & liable to be muddy. Breakfast is included.

Completely self-contained, the bed sitting room features a king-sized bed which converts into 2 divans, sofa, TV & desk, Wi-Fi, en suite bathroom, towels & bed linen, kitchenette with oven, fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, table, china & cutlery. Door to the outside & secure parking. We have 4 acres of gardens, & the chairs on the deck offer a quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine or a cuppa.

The Tyrrells is a Grade 2 listed house in Great Bookham, a lovely Surrey village. Ample parking and near several National Trust properties and country walks, including Surrey Downs.
