The house has 2000sqf of living space and is situated overlooking the Golfo di Noto on the crest of a hill. With thick limestone walls, Modica stone flooring throughout ,white render and double height ceilings, it is cool in the summer months and warm in the winter. It sits in its own 10 acres of old olives and vines and is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and farmland. There is a 15x5m swimming pool, open from May through until the end of October, which is surrounded by lavender terraces and great for laps as well as being child friendly and child safe. Likewise, the house is surrounded by terracing and has a large shaded area for outdoor eating and entertaining. There is an outside shower area, large BBQ and griddle for outside cooking.
