Bright and cozy garden cottage

Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

Fenced backyard if you're traveling with a dog ($25 pet fee per visit). In the heart of the Millcreek area of Salt Lake City; minutes away from hiking and 30 minutes away from the best skiing in the world.
