It's located next to Tec de Monterrey in a university area well connected to downtown but also very close to the forest and far from everything. We designed much of the property to utilize passive cooling with sustainability in mind, so this suite stays lovely and cool. It has a ceiling fan to keep it fresh and breezy during the warmest months.
