B&B CASA SASSOLO 1713

The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

L’Agriturismo Primaluna sorge nel verde della prima periferia bolognese, in luogo tranquillo, ospitale e riservato, immerso nella campagna, ma nel contempo vicinissimo al quartiere fieristico di Bologna (7 Km - 10 minuti di auto) ed al centro della città di Bologna (10 Km - 15 minuti di auto). Ideale anche come base per visitare l'Emilia Romagna e, in 2 ore di auto, città come Venezia e Firenze. E' consigliato avere l'auto. I trasporti pubblici distano a 2 km dall'alloggio con strada pedonale.

Casale immerso nella Natura

Benvenuti a Montevento! La porzione di casa in affitto fa parte di un antico casale in sasso risalente al 1600. Luogo perfetto per immergersi nella natura, ci troviamo a 700 mt s.l.m. , ai margini di un castagneto secolare e del bosco. E' possibile godersi varie passeggiate tra cui il sentiero CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola passante davanti alla casa. Raggiungibile solo attraverso mezzi privati, dista 45km da Bologna, 48km da Modena e 100km da Firenze. La strada di accesso al casale è asfaltata.

Piccola casa indipendente con ampio spazio all'aperto e uliveto adiacente. Piccolo bagno dotato di doccia e finestrato. Mansarda con letto matrimoniale e occorrente per rilassarsi all'esterno (ombrellone e sdrai). Divano letto e condizionatore. La casa dispone di un angolo cottura comprensivo di forno, frigo, microonde e piastra elettrica. In casa é presente un camino. Esternamente c'è uno spazio dedicato alla cottura in forno a legna e uno spazio per il barbecue.

Cozy hilltop retreat w/ midcentury decor fully AC

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area.
