Close by the M1, offering quick and easy access to every part of Yorkshire Well behaved dogs welcome. Extensive countryside walking from your front door. EV charging available. The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Rather than charge a flat rate for the house we charge per bedroom, this is to keep costs down for guests that don’t need all 4 beds. Beds are allocated depending on the number of guests you book. If you book for 1 or 2 guests you’ll get one bed. Book for 3 or 4 guests you’ll get 2 beds Book for 5 or 6 guests 3 beds & so on.

The area surrounding the apartment is full of life with numerous restaurants including Mumtaz and Pizza Express, a delightful coffee shop (North Star) and The Canary bar with a roof terrace that sits over the dock. Leeds Dock hosts many events and festivals throughout the year.

Cottage next to the River Holme, Holmfirth

River Holme Cottage is a 200+ year old over dwelling cottage, located in the picturesque village of Holmbridge, in Holmfirth. The lounge / dining area has the original stone fireplace with a wood burner. Original stone flooring and a juliet balcony overlooking the River Holme below. Two bedrooms both en-suite. A king bedroom and an adult size bunk bedroom. Our secluded garden is slightly separate, to the side of the house. It’s a 10 second walk to the side gated entrance.
