This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Stay with us at 77 Oaks and find yourself looking out over the river as you enjoy the waking up in our new 2 bedroom amenity. Our property boasts several Grand Oaks and is frequented by wildlife, as well as our two friendly golden retrievers. Our dock has a lounge area and can be used to tie up your boat. The river allows easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW, and fishing locally is terrific year round.
