The Snuggery

Enjoy a happy experience in this newly renovated, family-friendly, lower level unit in an old home in a quiet neighborhood 1.2 miles from UNC. There’s a nook for kids with dvd’s, games and toys, and a special hidden reading spot under the stairs! Queen bed, a futon, and an air mattress can sleep 5-6. This is a studio but sleeping areas are separated with curtains. It's very quiet. Full kitchen, fully stocked. Lovely outside area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon beverages. Covered parking.

Carrboro/Chapel Hill/UNC Studio

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.

The Chapel Hill Forest House

Book this incredible tiny house for the perfect romantic getaway in the heart of Chapel Hill! It sits in a private forest full of wildlife but is only a 5-minute walk to Franklin Street and the UNC campus. Enjoy amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows of foxes and deer playing on the lawn. Lounge on the wall-to-wall hammock as you gaze at the trees through the skylights. Unwind with a movie in bed played on our massive projector. There's nothing like this anywhere in the Triangle!

Centrally-located guest cottage tucked behind Battle Park. This peaceful, private oasis has one bedroom, dedicated office space, gas fireplace, large outdoor deck, and woodlands view throughout. Walk the garden with your morning coffee, read a book on the deck, and listen to the birds as you sip wine at dusk. You won’t want to leave! Note: we host guests with allergies. Animals are restricted. Discounted rates + access to washer/dryer for weekly and monthly stays.

Private 530sqft Family Friendly Suite

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!

Cozy apartment located on historic Whitehead Circle. About a 4 block walk to UNC Hospital, Campus & famous Merrit's Grill. Shopping, great restaurants and family-friendly activities are in close proximity. No need to worry about event parking! This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. A separate entrance and outside patio. Lots of privacy with as much or as little interaction with host as preferred.

The townhome is nestled in a cul-de-sac neighborhood and is part of a larger townhome complex that has access to a clubhouse, pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, and doggy play area. The property provides direct access to the Bolin Creek trail for walking, running, and biking. The townhome is a short, 0.3 mile walk to the town/university bus stop and a 10-minute drive to UNC Hospital.
