It is near a supermarket,mcdonalds,filling station and takeaway shops nearby. Self check in/check out service.

There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away

Although it does not have a kitchen area, it is has a kettle, microwave and fridge. It has a small work space and free WiFi. Please note, there is NO TV. Note also it is a very small room!STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE
